Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
5 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the above ingredients until well combined. Pour into your ice cream maker and prepare according to the manufacturer's instructions. Makes 8-10 servings.

Notes: This was super easy and really yummy! I'll be making it again and again :)
